Opening in late 2024, Graphite is located in the former Immaculate Conception School Building on Historic Main Street in Columbia, IL.

We are delighted to have you with us and look forward to providing you with a dining experience that combines carefully crafted dishes, fresh seasonal ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to offering you warm hospitality and we invite you to relax, enjoy, and savor every moment. Self- Parking is available in our on site parking lot as well as street parking.

We take food allergies very seriously and are happy to work with you to ensure a safe dining experience. Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order and we will do our best to modify dishes to meet your needs. While we make every effort to avoid cross contamination, please note that our kitchen is not allergen free. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend discussing your concerns with your server or management prior to ordering.

Gift Cards can be purchased in person from the restaurant.
